DHS Posts $2.1B Cybersecurity BPA Solicitation

The Department of Homeland Security has posted a draft solicitation for a multi-award blanket purchase agreement covering enterprise cybersecurity services, with a ceiling reported at $2.1 billion over five years.

The draft signals a continued consolidation of DHS cyber spending into larger, pre-competed vehicles. Interested vendors have 45 days to respond, and the draft stage is the window to submit questions that can still shape the final requirement.

Blue Origin's NASA Human Landing System Contract Passes $1.99 Billion in Cumulative Obligations

NASA has obligated $1,987,372,021 to Blue Origin Manufacturing, LLC under contract 80MSFC23CA014 for development of a Human Landing System lunar lander, against a total contract ceiling of $3.71 billion. The award was signed May 18, 2023, and remains active with modifications through August 2026.
