When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and password (stored in hashed form).
Configuration Data
You provide business configuration data including NAICS codes, target agencies, keywords, and competitor names. This data is used solely to personalize your intelligence briefings.
Billing Information
Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details on our servers. We receive and store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
Usage Data
We collect standard usage data including login timestamps, pages visited, and feature usage to improve the Service.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Generate personalized intelligence briefings based on your configuration
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send you briefing emails and service-related communications
- Respond to support requests and inquiries
- Improve and develop new features for the Service
- Protect against fraud and unauthorized access
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure) with row-level security (RLS) policies ensuring tenant isolation. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Supabase — Authentication and database hosting
- Stripe — Payment processing
- Vercel — Application hosting
- Resend — Email delivery
- OpenAI — AI analysis for briefing generation
Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only: (a) with third-party service providers as described above, solely to operate the Service; (b) if required by law, subpoena, or legal process; (c) to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 90 days in case you choose to resubscribe. After that period, your data may be permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your configuration data
- Opt out of non-essential communications
