The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has proposed a rule to implement automatic-revocation provisions of the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022, affecting immigrant investor petitions tied to the EB-5 Regional Center Program. Comments are due August 31, 2026.
