GSA Proposes Moving Federal Supply Schedule Ordering Procedures Out of the FAR and Into GSAR
The General Services Administration proposed a rule on September 22, 2026 to move Federal Supply Schedule ordering procedures from the Federal Acquisition Regulation into a new part of the GSA Acquisition Regulation, directing ordering activities to follow the GSA-set procedures.
