OFCCP Finalizes VEVRAA Rule Aligning Veteran-Hiring Regulations With EO 14173, Raises Coverage Threshold
The Department of Labor's OFCCP has published a final rule, effective September 21, 2026, that removes cross-references to the revoked Executive Order 11246 from VEVRAA veteran-hiring regulations and updates the contractor coverage threshold to $200,000.
