ICE Awards Procentrix $35.7 Million for Enterprise Case Management IT Support

The task order spans three named ICE case-tracking systems through March 2027

FMG Newsroom

BLUF: U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has obligated $35,745,283.59 to Procentrix, LLC for IT support across three ICE case-management systems, running through March 31, 2027.

The Department of Homeland Security component obligated the funds under a task order supporting its Enterprise Platform Services Branch, covering the OPLA Case Management System, the Student and Exchange Visitor Program Automated Management System (SEVP-AMS), and the ICE Correspondence and Task Tracking System. The order was signed March 30, 2023, competed under ICE's IDIQ vehicle 70CTD022D00000011.

Why it matters: Two offers were received under full-and-open competition, and the order's base-and-all-options ceiling of $45,775,708.51 leaves room for obligations to grow beyond the $35.7 million recorded to date. The award signals continued ICE investment in consolidating legacy case-tracking systems spanning immigration enforcement, legal proceedings, and student-visa monitoring — a data point for contractors pursuing DHS component application-development work under NAICS 541519.

By the numbers:

  • Total obligations: $35,745,283.59
  • Base and all options value: $45,775,708.51
  • Period of performance: April 1, 2023 – March 31, 2027
  • NAICS code: 541519 (Other Computer Related Services)
  • Solicitation number: 70CTD023Q00000009
  • Competition: Full and open, 2 offers received

The order covers three named systems used by ICE's Office of the Principal Legal Advisor and the Student and Exchange Visitor Program, consolidated under one enterprise platform services task order. It carries no small-business set-aside.
